We encourage you to pay by credit card. Submission of this sign up form and PayPal payments are handled separately. Upon submission of this form, you will receive a sign up form confirmation email. Also, another browser window will open so you can pay the amount owed using PayPal, which accepts Visa and Mastercard (you do not need a PayPal account and your purchase is secure). Once you submit payment, you will also receive an email from PayPal with your payment confirmation (check your spam folders), and your sign up payment will be complete.
If you choose to pay by check, please make it payable to the Suzuki Institute of Seattle, and mail it to Meg Risso, c/o Seabeck, 3915 2nd Ave NE, Apt 308, Seattle, WA 98105. Checks must be postmarked within 2 business days for you to keep your spot at camp secured.
To avoid the late fee of $50, applications must be postmarked by April 15, and all balances must be paid by May 1.
Should you need to withdraw, your deposit is refundable prior to May 1. After that, a partial refund is available until June 1. From June 1 onward, there are no refunds.
Housing requests are being processed via postmarked date, and following that, by lottery. Those who request Salal, Huckleberry, or Spruce will be informed prior to camp for the additional fee, but otherwise you will receive your assignment upon arrival at camp.
